While you’re enjoying the new year, swing by the Connecticut River Museum for a fun and educational kids’ program!
A program just for kids 4+ and their caregivers, River Tales includes a story, a craft activity, and an opportunity to explore the Connecticut River Museum’s exhibits through a scavenger hunt. In January, we’ll read The Winter Bird by Kate Banks, a book in which forest animals help an injured nightingale survive the winter in a comforting story of friendship and resilience, lyrically told and gorgeously illustrated.
All River Tales reservations include museum admission for one adult and one child and must be purchased in advance. Children MUST be accompanied by a parent/guardian during this event.
