Swing by the Connecticut River Museum for a fun and educational kids’ program!
A program just for kids 4+ and their caregivers, River Tales includes a story, a craft activity, and an opportunity to explore the Connecticut River Museum’s exhibits through a scavenger hunt. In February, we’ll read Steamboat School, Deborah Hopkinson’s tale of a resourceful, determined teacher; his bright, inquisitive students; and their refusal to accept discrimination based on the color of their skin.
All River Tales reservations include museum admission for one adult and one child and must be purchased in advance. Children MUST be accompanied by a parent/guardian during this event.
