Thursdays on the Dock has been a shoreline staple since 2009. 13 years in and we are still the destination for waterfront music. Each Thursday evening in July and August from 5:30-7:30, bring a chair or blanket, and watch the sun go down over the river.

From swing to Sinatra to Sting, Java Groove is a small 4 piece band with a big sound. The band consists of Dan Bernier on vocals and guitar, James Alio on guitar, Marc Iacobellis on bass guitar and Todd Fitting  on drums. Todd, James and Marc all went to middle school and high school together in Guilford, playing in various bands together. Dan was one of the founding members of The Zingerz, also playing swing music on the shoreline area. All four members have been friends for many years supporting each other’s bands.

These events are free; we pass a hat to enable us to continue the tradition.

Cash bar. Please no BYOB.
Beer and wine are available for purchase. Porky Pete’s is onsite and has options for dinner or snacks.

Want to get out on the water?
Take a sunset cruise aboard the Onrust. Departing from Steamboat Dock, the cruise is a great way to experience New England’s Great River. Bring a picnic supper.
