Thursdays on the Dock has been a shoreline staple for 17 years and remains the premier destination for waterfront music. Swing by each Thursday evening in July and August, bring a chair or blanket, listen to a free concert, and watch the sun go down over the river.

Join us for a performance by the 10-piece classic jazz band, Central City Stompers. The music that they play is often called “Classic Jazz”; mostly popular tunes from the first half of the 20th century with liberal doses of blues and ragtime. Some call it “Dixieland”, or “Hot Jazz”, or “New Orleans Style”. Their inspirations include King Oliver’s Creole Jazz Band, Turk Murphy’s Jazz band, the South Frisco Jazz Band, the Yerba Buena Stompers, and many other bands that can still be heard today at traditional jazz festivals all over the world.

Cash bar. Please no BYOB.
Beer and wine are available for purchase. Porky Pete’s BBQ is onsite and has options for dinner or snacks, as is Deep River Ice, who will have sweet treats for sale.
