SUMMARY:CRM Concerts Underway: Live Music on the River: John Spignesi
DESCRIPTION:Sunday\, August 21\, 2022\n4:00 – 6:00 pm \n$50 Members\n$55 Non-Members \nLIVE MUSIC ON THE RIVER \nRESERVE YOUR SEAT \nWe’ve been lucky enough to have JSB on our lawn for Thursdays on the Dock. Now we are so excited to offer for your listening pleasure\, a two-hour JSB show aboard the RiverQuest. This is really one show that you do not want to miss! \nNew Haven based quartet “JSB” (shortened for The John Spignesi Band) is a group you don’t want to sleep on. Led by guitarist/frontman\, John “Spigs” Spignesi\, this band has been steadily making a name for themselves in the East Coast jam scene since their formation in January 2015. \n“What’s on the setlist tonight?” many fans tend to ask. The answer is you\, the audience\, and the vibe at the venue. Together we can guide the journey and the energy of the show. It’s about that shared experience. JSB has never used setlists\, often sculpting shows on the fly\, with rockers\, ballads\, & sing-a-longs. A truly diverse musical ensemble who doesn’t believe limiting themselves to genres\, JSB performs a wide variety of original tunes while adding in covers that they truly make their own. \nImage Courtesy: John Spignesi \n

SUMMARY:Osprey/Eagle Cruise on RiverQuest
DESCRIPTION:Saturday\, April 23rd 2022\n12:30 pm \nPassenger (Ages 10+): $45 \n2 Hour Cruise \nRESERVE YOUR SPACE \nRiverQuest departs from her new home berth at the Connecticut River Museum for early Spring cruises! Individual ticket holders not only get to enjoy the river and its wildlife from the water\, but also the entire museum and our special Exhibits. \nSpring is in the air! Come and experience the beauty and solitude of the lower Connecticut River during this wonderful time of year. It is so different than it is any other time of the year. There are few vessels on the water\, and the trees and wildlife are starting to show us their Spring colors. \nOn our leisurely journey\, we pass by Bald Eagle nesting territories\, where there should be eagles nearby. Most of our Ospreys have returned from their wintering grounds and will either be nesting or very busy with their “nestorations”! Nests will be in trees along the river and on the navigation day markers. We’ll tell you all about the local wildlife we will see along with lots of other interesting stuff! Enjoy our beautiful river! \nNaturalists on board narrate and make sure you don’t miss a thing! We depart from Steamboat dock at the Connecticut River Museum in Essex. \nCancellation Notes:\nCustomers will receive a full refund or credit with notice at least 48 hours before departure time. Cancellations must be done by email (crm@ctrivermuseum.org) or by phone 860-767-8269. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to inquire about a credit for re-booking. No-shows will be charged the full price. \nPhoto Courtesy: Chris Graham Photography
